Special Issue Information

Dear colleagues,

The artificial intelligence (AI) era is driving a paradigm shift in invention and entrepreneurship. New business models and innovative technologies are reshaping industries, propelled by rapid advancements in AI such as machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and robotics. AI has become a powerful tool for accelerating invention, enabling entrepreneurs and inventors to tackle complex problems beyond human capabilities. By processing vast amounts of data, identifying patterns, and making predictions, AI helps companies create groundbreaking products and services. AI-driven inventions span from intelligent factories and agriculture to self-driving cars, personalized healthcare, AI-based financial systems, and smart homes, opening entirely new markets.

Entrepreneurs are leveraging AI to disrupt traditional business models and develop innovative ones. AI enables more personalized customer experiences, optimized supply chains, and smarter decision-making processes. Startups, especially in fields like healthcare, are adopting AI to enhance efficiency and deliver higher-quality products.

This special issue offers a comprehensive overview of the current state of invention and entrepreneurship in the era of artificial intelligence (AI) and seeks to inspire further innovation in this critical area. We invite researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to contribute new findings and insights on inventions and entrepreneurship in the AI era. We encourage everyone to focus more on these fields and submit manuscripts for consideration.
