Special Issue Information

We invite submissions for a Special Issue focused on Sustainable Human Resource Management (HRM) that examines this critical area from diverse perspectives. Contributions should explore the transition from theory to practice, evaluate the alignment of organizational strategies with national policies, and assess how companies can balance their goals with the broader global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We encourage discussions on green HRM and green leadership, the integration of sustainability into management and leadership education, and in-depth analyses of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as it relates to internal HRM practices. Additionally, we seek insights into the role of digital technologies in facilitating sustainable initiatives within HRM. We welcome research articles, case studies, and theoretical papers that contribute to this evolving field.
