Dear Colleagues,

Public Usage of Intellectual Technologies and Artificial Intelligence such as Machine Learning Algorithms, has been focused as a future critical agenda for public and private organizations. For instance, diverse private companies have tried to adopt A.I. technologies for their future services and management systems. Also, public sectors including local and central governments and public organizations want to adopt the A.I. for the help of their people.

Nonetheless, there is also unseen fear that A.I. would take off their job opportunities and life wealth. It means the development of future opportunities using A.I. technologies without unclear and vague fears and resists.

In this special issue on the public usage of A.I., we want to suggest new public agendas on the right adoption of A.I., especially the possible and considerable A.I. technologies, services, and social systems without these fears.

We welcome a diversity of articles, such as conceptual and empirical articles, reviews, critical comments, and meta-analyses, for submission to this Special Issue. We will accept manuscripts from different disciplines, addressing topics related to the scope.
