Since its launch in 2014, Yarmouk University has been hosting the AI MCC conference, a prestigious global academic assembly that explores the significant effects of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning on the media environment, content production, and communication. The AI MCC conference focuses on various aspects of AI in the media industry, and our objectives include shedding light on AI technologies and their future implications, exploring applications in media content creation, investigating frequently used AI technologies in digital platforms, deriving futuristic insights, and facilitating scholarly investigation, pedagogical endeavors, and collaboration. It paves the way for the establishment of the integration of AI and machine learning technologies in the media environment that has profound implications for infrastructure development at Media institutions and media content industry,  While AI offers opportunities to enhance efficiency and innovation in media, it also presents challenges related to ethics, regulation, and societal impact that require careful consideration by stakeholders at the local, national, and international levels. The conference will cover a wide range of topics, including but not limited to AI in News Production, Reputation Enhancement, Metaverse Technologies in Journalism, AI Systems in Audio-visual Program Production, Ethics of AI Usage, Big Data and Analytics in Journalism, Virtual and Augmented Reality in Smart Television, and the Future of Arab Media in the Age of AI.
