The special edition has its focus on the interaction between infrastructure development, economic development and good governance. Papers are invited that are focused on the three main themes：
Infrastructure development for economic recovery and development;
Index Development – The Important role of measuring development;
The role of Governance in Infrastructure delivery;
Within the themes, researchers can assess the relationships and impacts of infrastructure development, economic development and good governance by assessing developing and developed regions and comparing regions. Papers should include policy recommendations.
