Abstract

With the increasing severity of global climate change, achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality has become a shared responsibility of the international community. As an important way to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promote energy structure transformation,
the coordinated development of the industrial chain and innovation chain of new energy vehicles has become the key to achieving the “dual
carbon” goal. This article aims to explore how to promote the effective integration and coordinated development of the new energy vehicle
industry chain and innovation chain through policy guidance, technological innovation, and market mechanism optimization under the guidance of the “dual carbon” goal, in order to provide strategic support for achieving the dual goals of sustainable economic development and
environmental protection.
