Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

Forests are essential for maintaining air quality, regulating the Earth's climate, and supporting biodiversity. However, forest ecosystems are increasingly threatened by climate change, biomass burning, and other human activities. In this special issue, we review recent research on the impacts of changing climate on forest ecosystems, with a focus on air quality, climate and health, and biodiversity conservation.

We discuss how machine learning and data analysis can be used to better understand the complex relationships between forest ecosystems, climate change, and air quality. We also explore the role of team working and computer programming in developing innovative solutions to mitigate the impacts of climate change on forest ecosystems.

Overall, this special issue highlights the urgent need for more research and action to protect forest ecosystems and ensure their resilience in the face of changing climate.

Looking forward to receiving your contributions.
