This special issue is focus in remediation of water and wastewater and contaminated with emerging contaminants, such as pharmaceuticals and other persistent organic compounds. We specialize works on advanced oxidation processes, such as anodic oxidation and photocatalysis. As a pre-treatment for the advanced oxidation processes, moving bed biofilm reactor and constructed wetland based systems. We also specialize in mathematical modelling using artificial intelligence.
