Dear colleagues,

In an era of techno-economic diversification and global warming chaos, sustainable energy deployment plays a crucial role by deploying dynamic techniques to meet the long-term sustainability needs. A series of inter-disciplinary solutions, including technical, technological, social, political, environmental, ecological, economic, and institutional approaches, are required to alleviate constraints and generate viable decision-making in response to the anticipated worsening of climate change and the rising energy demand in the global context.

In practice, sustainable energy deployment has a multilateral influence on local to global dimensions, with social, ecological, health, and economic repercussions that are closely related to green and renewable energy supply, conversion, transmission, and consumption. The section entitled "Energy Sustainability" spotlights renewable energy sources and technological innovations and their extortion instruments, strategies, techniques, regulations, practices, evaluations, and case studies associated with Goal # 7 of sustainable development goals (SDGs) to guarantee access to clean energy worldwide.

Literature on green energy technologies and technological advancements is still in its infancy. In this sense, it is crucial to design green solutions that are both creative and financially viable. This section tries to address the gaps in the literature that are rapidly becoming more attractive. This section will offers insights regarding (1) key drivers of the rapid deployment of green energy technologies, (2) specific challenges and barriers hindering the penetration and acceptance of green energy technologies, (3) future aspects of green energy technologies to achieve SDG 7, and (4) the impact of technological innovations in the face of uncertain climate change circumstances.

This section compiles original research and review articles on the most recent advancements in green energy technologies for energy sustainability. In addition, research into breakthrough green energy technology techniques and methods is encouraged. Experimental and numerical studies, as well as study on current developments, the state-of-the-art, and emerging innovations in this field, are highly encouraged.

We look forward to receiving your contributions.
