Dear Colleagues,
The objective is to strength and publish articles including broad range of bioactive natural products, essential compounds and medicines derived from medicinal plants, herbs and specialty crops. Plant derived remedies are now in great demand worldwide for human and animal health care because of the maximum cultural acceptability, better compatibility with the humans and animals and minimum side effects. The section acknowledges the requisite to maintain the potentials of medicinal plants and herbs at pinnacle and to meet the needs of present and generations to come . Sustainable use of natural resources for welfare of humans and animals is key feature of this section .There is an extensive flourishing of recognition for biological diversity specifically including herbs, medicinal plants and specialty crops as universal asset of tremendous value to the present and generations to come. The section will publish original manuscripts with diverse aspects of production of herbs, medicinal plants and specialty crops. We encourage high quality submissions related to basic and applied studies particularly in the field of medicinal plants, herbs ,nutraceuticals We welcome contributions by emerging young researchers and invite senior scientists to contribute innovations in herbal plants, botanicals, specialty crops, ethnobotany, ethnopharmacology, ethnoveterinary, ethnomedicine, complementary medicine, pharmacology, toxicology, processing, extraction and essential oils, biotechnology, biochemistry, phytotherapy, phytomedicine, pharmacognosy, phytochemistry and ayurvedic.
In this section, new drug syntheses and characteristics and application areas can be presented. There may be studies on the biological studies of the obtained compounds and the effects of anticancer. Plants suitable for drugs and cosmetics can be done on biological activity studies and plant chemistry of plant extracts and fats.
So, research articles, reviews and studies in this area of study are welcome. We look forward to receiving your contributions.
