The World Horticultural Exposition is a grand meeting of the global horticultural community approved by the International Horticultural Producers Association. It aims to promote the international exchange of horticultural industry and culture, protect the biodiversity of the world and realize the harmonious coexistence between man and nature by displaying the latest achievements and technologies of ornamental plants (flowers, seedlings, fruits, vegetables, cash crops and plant seeds).

The 2021 World Expo will open in Yangzhou, China. During the six-month session from 4.8 to 10.8, the Yangzhou World Expo will hold six international professional competitions, such as flower arrangement, rose variety and peony variety, closely relying on the International Pavilion, focusing on fruit, vegetable, tea and flower gardening for exhibitions and forums.
