Abstract
The mechanism of nitrogen removal and the transformation of nitrogen compounds were reviewed. A new way to increase nitrogen removal rate was pointed out. Based on the study of temperature, pH, dissolved organic carbon, dissolved oxygen and other factors, as well as hydraulic retention time, nitrogen load, reflux, water and other configuration patterns outlined, environmental factors and operating conditions for the subsurface effect of nitrogen removal on constructed wetland were explored.

Abstract
In this paper, the electrochemical properties of copper alloy isoamylate gallate were studied by cyclic voltammetry. The structure of the complex was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy. The infrared spectra show that the metal ions interact with the phenolic hydroxyl groups. The results of cyclic voltammetry show that the conjugation system increases and the electron cloud density decreases, and the electrons are larger in the whole molecule, and are more likely to lose electrons, and thus have higher redox activity.

Abstract
Benzoporphyrin is a porphyrin derivative with β-pyrrole ring and benzene ring. It is a macrocyclic aromatic compound with 18π electron structure. Because of the benzene ring, the porphyrin conjugation system is expanded, which enriches the π-electrons with special structure and properties. Therefore, it has a wide range of applications and can be used as a new type of photosensitizing molecules. It shows good application in light functional materials prospect. In this paper, the thermo-coagulation method was used to synthesize the intermediate-tetrakis (o-nitro) n phenyltetraphenylpyridinium zinc (Ⅱ) (P-phenanthroline) by using potassium phthalimide, o-nitrophenylacetic acid and zinc acetate as raw materials. With hydrochloric acid and glacial acetic acid zinc ions were removed in the ice water bath, resulting in the media-tetra (o-nitro) phenyl tetraphenylporphyrin. Under microwave heating, the median-four (O-nitro) phenyl tetraphenylporphyrin (Ⅳ) was prepared by the reaction of o-nitro-phenyl-tetraphenylporphyrin with stannous chloride. These compounds were characterized using UV and infrared spectroscopy.

Abstract
With the shortage of petrochemical resources and the constant pursuit of high quality of life, natural cellulose fiber is widely used in the papermaking field because of its good comfort, resource availability and environmental friendliness. At the same time plant resources as an important source of natural cellulose fiber, also received attention. China is rich in plant resources, paper that made by plant fiber and a wide range of raw materials, such as cotton, linen, mulberry bark, Eulaliopsis, palm leaves, all kinds of bamboo, coconut shells, straw and so on. Quantitative analysis of the chemical composition of plant fiber and its resources is usually carried out by the national standard GB/T5889-865 quantitative analysis of chemical composition of wheat straw but the standard is formulated for wheat straw raw materials, in the analysis of other plant fiber raw materials will inevitably exist some of the problems, therefore, require a relatively accurate and generally applicable method for chemical analysis of plant fiber raw materials.
