In 21th century, forest ecosystem and forestland soil were influenced by anthropologic activity, especially in undeveloped countries. This phenomena postponed the increasing human living level, hold up sustainable development of economy and society. So scientific research on the influence of deforestation and forest restoration on ecosystem at local scale or larger scale, especially on water resoure and soil water conservation, would contribute to sustainability of our earth.

 

The title of “Forest Management influence on hydrologic processes or soil and water conservation” include but not narrow in the scope of “forestland management affect on land degradation, soil water storage, runoff, soil erosion, soil drought, and nutrients loss.”
