Abstract As a reserve force for a pasture, calf determines the future of the ranch and the future profit of the ranch. The calf's scientific rearing is the most important part of sustainable development of a ranch. Calf management is a complex and detailed work, breeders need to consider three factors: nutrition, disease, and environment. In order to make calves become a good reserve cattle, it is important to ensure that calves have a balanced, adequate nutrition, reduce calving morbidity, mortality, and a suitable environment. More excellent young cattle can produce more prolific lactation cattle. This article introduce the calf feeding and management work from the feeding and management, environmental management and other aspects.

Abstract In this paper, the recent progress of bio-diesel from microalgae in recent years was reviewed. The research history of microbes from microalgae and the breeding and culture of microalgae were studied. Methods and techniques, and compare the microalgae with biofuel prepared from other energy crops. It is pointed out that microalgae is a kind of renewable energy with broad application prospect, and the future of microalgae production Direction of development.

Abstract At present, tumors especially malignancies, have become one of the most serious diseases that threaten human health. The use of chemotherapy, radiotherapy, surgery, biotherapy and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is the most effective means of treating tumors. Among them, the application of new anti-tumor drugs, in improving the quality of life of cancer patients to extend the survival time, delay the development of the disease has played a huge role. In this paper, we reviewed the related research progress of tumor cells from the aspects of tumor features, related signal pathways, related genes, epigenetic modification, tumor stem cells and tumor microenvironment, so as to have a more comprehensive understanding of tumor and cell apoptosis.

Abstract MicroRNA (miRNA) is a single-stranded small molecule RNA of non-coding proteins with a length of about 18-24 nucleotides in eukaryotic cells. It is widely found in multicellular organisms and viruses. The miRNA itself is not encoding protein which is mainly through the nucleic acid sequence complementary pairing to a specific target mRNA and inhibit the target mRNA translation process or degradation of target mRNA, thereby inhibiting protein synthesis and regulation of gene expression. According to reports, microRNAs are widely involved in the physiological and biochemical immune response process and their dysfunction may lead to tumorigenesis, viral infection, abnormal expression of hematopoietic cells and immune diseases (RA, SLE) and other pathological phenomena. This paper describes the related mechanisms of mirna and some progress in the immune system.

Abstract In this study, chemiluminescence immunoassay was used to screen clones of mouse anti-human albumin monoclonal antibody (anti-ALB McAb). The method is simplified as a one-step operation and the experimental parameters are optimized by orthogonal experiment [L9 (34)]. The parameters of the positive clone / blank control luminescence value (SNR) are the largest and the method is evaluated and statistical analysis. The results showed that the coated antibody was 3mg / L, the ratio of the enzyme protein A was 1: 2000, the incubation time was 304 times and the signal - to - noise ratio was 1284, which was several times higher than other combinations. The linear range was 20-20000ng / L, the precision was good, the average CV was 5.32% and the average inter-assay CV was 8.82%. The results showed that the method can be used for cloning and screening of anti-ALB McAb and the method is obviously superior to ELISA and other traditional methods, especially the simple and rapid operation of one step is also suitable for high antibody screening of other antibodies.

Abstract Environmental pollution caused by industrial and agricultural production has recently become a serious problem. One of the most significant ones is the phenomenon of cyanobacteria bloom caused by eutrophication of water body. Cyanobacterial bloom not only pollutes the water, but also secretes microcystins, endanger the health of animals and humans, as well as carcinogenic effects. In the research field of ecological management of cyanobacteria, it has opened a great concern on allelopathy. In this paper, the total phenolic and tannin contents in four common aquatic plants such as lotus were determined, and their different algae inhibition effects were compared. The mechanism of algae suppression was analyzed, and suppression ability of the difference of algae was analyzed, these provided evidence for scientific control of cyanobacteria. The results showed that the correlation coefficient between the total phenol and the growth of the cyanobacteria was 0.81122, and the phenolic substance was the effective anti-algae. Among them, total phenol content in Iris is the highest and the most effective in algae suppression.
