Dr. Osamu Ishikawa was born in 1954 and graduated from Gunma University School of Medicine in 1979. Passed National examination of Medical doctor, Japan (#245874)(1979.4), Training doctor in the Gunma University Hospital(1979.5), Graduated the Doctor course of Gunma University Graduate school of Medicine.(1981.4-1985.3). He serves as an Assistant of the Department of Dermatology, Gunma University Hospital(1985.4); he has been the Visiting researcher in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology, Medical University of South Carolina, USA (Prof. LeRoy EC and Assistant Prof. Trojanowska M, 1988.6- 1989.12). Dr. Ishikawa also serves as Assistant Professor of the Department of Dermatology, Gunma University Hospital(1989.12), Associate Professor of the Department of Dermatology, University School of medicine and Chairman of Professor, the Department of Dermatology, University School of medicine(1994.4), Chairman of Professor, the Department of Dermatology, University Postgraduate School of medicine(2003.4), the Department Dermatology, Ishii Hospital, Isesaki, Gunma Japan, Emeritus Professor of Gunma University(2020.4）
