He got a PhD degree in Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics in 2020. During the period of PhD study, he was jointly trained by China-US government-sponsored overseas study program. After that, he becomes a postdoctoral fellow at the Institute of Microelectronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences from 2022-2023. Now, he is a member of the Pearl River Talent Program in Guangdong Province. His main research directions are advanced semiconductor imaging technology, and multifunctional medical imaging chips & systems. to now, he has published nearly 50 academic papers, filed/granted 58/18 Chinese invention patents, and held multiple PCT patents.
