Prof. Judy P. Yang

Judy Yang received both B.S. and M.S. from Department of Civil Engineering at National Taiwan University. She received her Ph.D. from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. She joined the faculty of Department of Civil Engineering in the Division of Structural Engineering at National Chiao Tung University in 2012, and she is the professor now. Yang’s research area is centered on the computational methods in structural mechanics and engineering with the following focuses: analysis of inverse problems by meshfree methods, nonlinear analysis by meshfree methods, and vehicle-bridge interaction by advanced FEM.
