Dr. Alper Özcan received the B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in 2007. He has an M.Sc (2010) and Ph.D. (2017) degrees in Computer Engineering from Istanbul
Technical University Graduate School Of Science, Engineering And Technology. His Ph.D. thesis focuses on link prediction in evolving social heterogeneous networks. After getting his M.Sc, he worked as a Team Leader in SoftTech Research and Development Center (2011-2017). His research interests include social network analysis, data mining and machine learning for the analysis of social
networks.
