Dr. Ipek Kalemci TUZUN is a professor at Faculty of Commercial Sciences of Baskent University She is currently teaching organizational behavior and human resource management. She is the director of Institute of Social Sciences. She received her Ph.D. in the field of management and her areas of research interest include developments in human resource management, social exchange practices in organizations, HRM applications and employee attitudes and behavior, social identity theory, organizational identification.
