Prof. Tsangyao Chang has published over 200 articles over the past 23 years. He has served as co-chair for 2013 GBEF conference, 2014-2015-2016 GEG international conference co-chair. A Fullbright scholar to the United States (2011-2012). He also serves as the board member for Romanian Journal of Economics Forecasting (a ISI journal), associate editor for both the Intl Review of Accounting, Banking and Finance and the Open Economics and Management Journal. He ranks the top ten economic scholar in Taiwan, top 1% in Asia and top 7% around the world (based on IDEAS data base)
