Last five year’s research interests:
- Syntheses of nanoscale metal oxide semiconductors using physical vapor deposition (e.g. Electron beam evaporation, Thermal evaporation, Sputtering, Thermal Oxidation) and chemical methods (e.g. solution method, hydrothermal treatment, chemical vapor deposition).
- Characterizations of gas/light sensing properties and light-induced gas sensing properties of metal oxide nanomaterials.
- Design and fabrication of gas sensing devices and management system of sensing devices.
