Dr. Yu Chen earned his Ph.D at the University of Memphis (USA). He has published at various top journals, including the Accounting Review, Journal of Business Finance & Accounting, Journal of Accounting and Public Policy, Auditing: The Journal of Practice and Theory, among others. His research interests are corporate governance, financial accounting, and auditing related issues.
