Abstract

The effects of plant hormones and lignification on the cutting propagation of plants were studied. The effects of different concentrations of IBA, IBA and NAA and different lignification on the honeysuckle cuttings were studied. The rooting time, rooting rate, root length, bud height and leaf show. Based on the data obtained, the most suitable cutting plan was obtained. IBA and IBA, NAA and different lignification degrees did not have much effect on the rooting time and germination time of honeysuckle. 20mg / L IBA solution can increase the rooting rate of honeysuckle and 10mg / L IBA solution can improve the germination rate of honeysuckle. 30mg / L of IBA, NAA can increase the rooting rate of honeysuckle while IBA and NAA solution did not much effect on honeysuckle germination rate. The degree of lignification in the fourth section is more suitable for honeysuckle rooting and the first section is more suitable for honeysuckle germination. 40mg / L IBA solution can increase the root length of honeysuckle, 10mg / L IBA, NAA can increase the root length of honeysuckle and lignification in the first section can be better to improve the root length of honeysuckle.
