• Fabrication of bio-inspired polymeric, ceramic and hybrid aerogel and hydrogel-based materials for bone healing, bone cancer therapy and drug delivery
• Mechanically flexible hybrid aerogels as wearable pressure sensing devices/ electronic skins and flexible electronics
• Additive manufacturing of ceramic and polymeric nanostructures
• Synthesis and surface modification of polymeric/ ceramic/ magnetic nanoparticles
• Bio-conjugation and surface modification of inorganic and polymeric nanoparticles(nanomedicine)
• Electro and photocatalysts for water splitting and hydrogen generation
